Section 41-10-725 Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute - Powers. The institute shall have the following powers: (1) To design, implement, and amend a program or programs to provide for the recruitment of, and the promotion of training programs and opportunities for, new craft trade workers for the construction industry and the users of the construction industry. Section 41-10-731 Disposition of funds. (a) Any fees required by this division shall be remitted to the department and, after the cost appropriation in subsection (c), shall be deposited to the credit of the Recruitment and Training Promotion Fund in the State Treasury which is hereby created for the purpose of funding a recruitment and training promotion program to be administered by the Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute. Section 8-19C-3 Database fees. (a) The commission shall have the authority to charge a residential subscriber a fee every two years payable to the commission for each notice for inclusion on the database established pursuant to this chapter. The commission shall also have the authority to charge a person or entity desiring to make telephone solicitations a fee per year payable to the commission for access to, or for paper or electronic copies of the database established pursuant to this chapter.
