Section 41-10-67 Awarding, etc., of contracts for construction of facilities, buildings and structures; supervision, etc., of construction; payments to contractors; agreement of authority and Building Commission as to construction cost estimate. Section 39-2-12 Partial and final payments of contractors by awarding authorities. (a) As used in this section the following words shall have the meanings ascribed to them as follows: (1) CONTRACTOR.
