Section 41-10-755 Bonds of the authority. (a) General. The authority is authorized from time
to time to sell and issue its bonds for the purpose of providing funds to be transferred to
and deposited in the Alabama Trust Fund and the Rainy Day Account, to provide additional funds
to the Alabama Medicaid Agency, for paying the costs of transportation projects, and for the
purpose of refunding any or all of the authority's outstanding bonds. (b) Sources of payment.
Bonds issued by the authority shall be solely and exclusively an obligation of the authority
and shall not create an obligation or debt of the state. Such bonds shall not be general obligations
of the authority but shall be payable solely from one or more of the following sources: (1)
Appropriated funds. (2) The income or proceeds realized by the authority under any mortgage
or security granted to the authority. (3) Amounts derived from any letter of credit, insurance

Section 33-13-10 Bonds - State Docks Facilities Reserve Fund. There is hereby created a special
fund to be designated the State Docks Facilities Reserve Fund, which shall be held in and
constitute a part of the State Treasury and which shall be maintained until the principal
of and interest on the bonds (or any refunding bonds that may hereafter be issued to refund
any of the bonds) shall have been paid in full. As promptly as may be practicable following
each fiscal year of the state, commencing with the fiscal year ending September 30, 1976,
the state docks director shall determine the number of tons (each ton to be deemed to constitute
2,000 pounds) of general cargo that was handled by the State Docks Department during the said
fiscal year. Not later than 90 days after the end of each such fiscal year, the State Docks
Department shall pay into the said special fund whichever is the smaller of the following:

Section 34-11-36 Receipts and disbursements. The executive director of the board shall receive
and account for all money derived under this chapter. All funds collected shall be deposited
with the State Treasurer. With the exception of the civil penalties deposited in the General
Fund as provided in Section 34-11-11.1, the State Treasurer shall keep the money in a separate
fund to be known as the "Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors Fund."
The fund shall be kept separate and apart from all other money in the Treasury, and shall

Section 34-27-4 Real Estate Commission Revenue Fund and Real Estate Commission Proportionate

Section 38-4-12.1 Alabama Veterans' Assistance Fund. (a) There is hereby created in the State
Treasury a fund to be known as the Alabama Veterans' Assistance Fund, into which shall be

Section 40-26B-71 Assessment. (a) For state fiscal years 2020, 2021, and 2022, an assessment
is imposed on each privately operated hospital in the amount of 6.00 percent of net patient
revenue in fiscal year 2017, which shall be reviewed and updated annually, subject to limitations
in this article on the use of funds in the Hospital Assessment Account. The assessment is
a cost of doing business as a privately operated hospital in the State of Alabama. Annually,
the Medicaid Agency shall make a determination of whether changes in federal law or regulation

an amount up to $2,000,000 from the Capital Improvement Trust Fund to the State Industrial

Section 8-17-91 Disposition of funds; overpayments. (a) The proceeds from the permit fees,
inspection fees, and penalties, if any, collected by the Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries
and the Revenue Commissioner pursuant to Section 8-17-87 together with one-third of the proceeds
