Section 45-49A-10.05 Power to borrow money and issue revenue bonds. (a) The corporation shall have the power to borrow money and to issue revenue bonds as evidence of any money borrowed, which bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues derived from the activities and enterprises in which the corporation is hereby authorized to engage. Any pledge of revenues from the operation of facilities of an authority shall be valid and binding from the time it is made, and the revenues so pledged and thereafter received by the authority shall immediately become subject to the lien of such pledge without any physical delivery thereof or further act.
