Section 16-17-15 Freedom of authority from state supervision and control. This chapter is intended
to aid the state in the execution of its duties by providing appropriate and independent instrumentalities
of the state with full and adequate powers to fulfill their functions. Except as in this chapter

Section 11-50A-11 Validation of contracts. When payments required by the provisions of Section
11-50A-17 to be made by any municipality authorized to contract with the authority pursuant
to Section 11-50A-17 are pledged as security for the payment of bonds sought to be validated,

Section 16-65-13 Interest of bondholders protected; enforceability. While any of the bonds
issued by the authority remain outstanding, the powers, duties, or existence of the authority
or of any of its officers shall not be diminished or impaired in any manner that will affect
adversely the interest and rights of the holders of such bonds. The provisions of this chapter
