Section 41-10-493 Application for certificate of incorporation. To become a corporation, the individuals selected pursuant to Section 41-10-492 shall present to the Secretary of State of Alabama an application signed by them which shall set forth: (1) The name and residence of each of the applicants, together with a certified copy of all documents evidencing each applicant's selection or the office he holds; (2) The name of the proposed corporation, which shall be the "Alabama State Parking Deck Authority"; (3) The location of the principal office of the proposed corporation, which shall be in the office of the Director of Finance in Montgomery, Alabama; and (4) Any other matter relating to the incorporation of the proposed corporation which the applicants may choose to insert and which is not inconsistent with this article.
