Section 45-49A-10.05 Power to borrow money and issue revenue bonds. (a) The corporation shall have the power to borrow money and to issue revenue bonds as evidence of any money borrowed, which bonds shall be payable solely from the revenues derived from the activities and enterprises in which the corporation is hereby authorized to engage.
