Section 41-10-723 Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute - Application. (a) The Alabama Construction Recruitment Institute shall be incorporated as a public corporation with the powers herein provided. A municipal power district may be created as provided in this chapter and, when so created, shall be considered a municipal corporation and may exercise the powers granted in this chapter.
