Section 11-59-4 Certificate of incorporation - Contents; execution and acknowledgment.
(a) The certificate of incorporation shall set forth: (1) The names and residences of the
applicants together with a recital that each of them is an elector of and taxpayer in the
municipality; (2) The name of the corporation which shall be the Public Athletic Board of

Section 11-89-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases
shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1) APPLICANT. A natural person who files a written application with the governing body of

Section 22-21-314 Certificate of incorporation - Filing; form and contents; recordation.
(a) Within 40 days following the adoption of the authorizing resolution (or, if there is more
than one, the last adopted thereof), the applicants shall proceed to incorporate an authority

Section 45-46-90.01 Definitions. (a) Wherever used in this article, unless a different
meaning clearly appears in the context, the following terms and others evidently intended

Section 5-5A-44 Acquisition of majority of voting shares of a bank; procedure. (a) No
person, acting directly or indirectly or through or in concert with one or more persons, may

Section 11-99B-5 Authorization and procedure for amendment of certificate of incorporation.
(a) The certificate of incorporation of any district may at any time and from time to time
