Section 11-59-4 Certificate of incorporation - Contents; execution and acknowledgment.
(a) The certificate of incorporation shall set forth: (1) The names and residences of the
applicants together with a recital that each of them is an elector of and taxpayer in the
municipality; (2) The name of the corporation which shall be the Public Athletic Board of
the _____ of _____ (the blank spaces to be filled in with the name of the municipality, including
the proper designation thereof as a city or town); (3) A recital that permission to organize
the corporation had been granted by resolution duly adopted by the governing body of the municipality

Section 11-89-1 Definitions. When used in this chapter, the following words and phrases
shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

Section 5-5A-44 Acquisition of majority of voting shares of a bank; procedure. (a) No
person, acting directly or indirectly or through or in concert with one or more persons, may
acquire control of a state bank or of any corporation or other entity having control of a

Section 11-99B-5 Authorization and procedure for amendment of certificate of incorporation.
(a) The certificate of incorporation of any district may at any time and from time to time
