Section 25-5-50 Applicability; exemptions; coverage for school boards, volunteer fire departments, and rescue squads; sports officials. Section 11-50A-1 Definitions. As used in this chapter, the following words shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) AUTHORITY. (a) The proceeds of all bonds, other than refunding bonds, issued by the authority remaining after paying expenses of their issuance shall be deposited in the State Treasury and shall be carried in the State Treasury in a special or separate account. Section 41-10-350 Legislative findings and purpose. The Legislature hereby finds and declares that it is necessary, desirable and in the public interest that additional facilities be made available in this state for mental health purposes.
