Section 11-95-4 Certificate of incorporation - Contents; execution, acknowledgment, attachments, recordation by probate judge. Section 27-21A-2 Establishment of health maintenance organizations. (a) Notwithstanding any law of this state to the contrary, any person may apply to the commissioner for and obtain a certificate of authority to establish and operate a health maintenance organization in compliance with this chapter. (a) Upon the written request of a stockholder, a corporation shall deliver or make available to the requesting stockholder by posting on its website or by other generally recognized means annual financial statements for the most recent fiscal year of the corporation for which annual financial statements have been prepared for the corporation. Section 11-20-70 Establishment of agriculture authority; application; articles of incorporation. (a) An agriculture authority may be established in any county to construct and operate facilities to promote agricultural businesses, operations, and commodities, workforce development, and economic development within the county as further provided in this article.
