Section 41-10-400 Establishment of the "Supercomputer System Fund." There
is hereby established in the State Treasury a special fund to be known as the "Supercomputer
System Fund", which shall be used exclusively for the operation of the authority. All
fees, charges, grants, gifts, appropriations or other moneys received by the authority from
any source whatsoever shall be deposited in said fund. All funds contained in this special
fund at the end of any fiscal year of the State of Alabama are hereby reappropriated to the

Section 36-28-8 Contribution Fund. (a) There is hereby established a special fund to
be known as the Contribution Fund. Such fund shall consist of and there shall be deposited
in such fund: (1) All contributions, interest and penalties collected under Sections 36-28-5
and 36-28-7; (2) All moneys appropriated thereto under this chapter; (3) Any property or securities
and earnings thereof acquired through the use of moneys belonging to the fund; (4) Interest

Section 16-16A-7 Additional findings; bonds authorized; procedures. (a) The Legislature
finds that the number of students attending the several school systems located in those areas
of North Alabama that will be directly impacted by the 2005 BRAC and Subsequent BRAC Actions
will collectively increase by an estimated 9,000 students. As a result, there will be a need
for the construction of additional school facilities as well as the renovation of existing
school facilities. The Legislature also finds that the 2005 BRAC and Subsequent BRAC Actions

Section 45-36-252.06 Bonds of the authority; obligations. (a) In addition to all other
powers now or hereafter granted by law, the authority shall have the following powers, together

Section 40-27-1 Compact adopted; terms. The following Multistate Tax Compact is hereby
approved, adopted and enacted into law by the State of Alabama: Multistate Tax Compact Article

Section 22-23A-4 Water Supply Assistance Fund established; deposits; expenditures; investments.
There is hereby established a special fund within the State Treasury to be known as the "Water
Supply Assistance Fund." Proceeds from the sale of bonds issued by the authority shall
be deposited in this special "Water Supply Assistance Fund." Money in such fund
shall be expended in accordance with adopted regulations and policies of the authority and
may be used to provide a loan or loans for community water system supply projects or to refinance

Section 9-2-20.2 Game and Fish Fund - Alabama Nongame Wildlife Endowment. (a) There
is hereby created within the Game and Fish Fund a special account to be known as the Alabama
