Section 11-61A-12 Permitted activities. For the purpose of aiding and cooperating with the authority in the planning, development, undertaking, construction, extension, improvement, or operation of parking facilities, a county, municipality, political subdivision, public corporation, agency, or instrumentality of this state may, upon such terms, and with or without consideration as it may determine, engage in any of the following activities: (1) Lend or donate money to the authority. (2) Donate, transfer, assign, sell, or convey to the authority any right, title, or interest which it may have in any lease, contract, agreement, license, or property. (3) Take any lawful action necessary or convenient to aid and cooperate with the authority in the planning, undertaking, construction, or operation of parking facilities.
