Section 33-1-8 Board of directors. (a)(1) The port authority shall be governed by a board of directors, consisting of eight appointed members and one ex officio member. a. Section 45-17-91.24 Public meetings; notices of meetings; public records. (a) The committee shall be deemed a governmental body, as that term is defined in Section 36-25A-2.
