Section 41-10-261 Legislative intent; liberal construction. It is the intent of the Legislature by the passage of this article to authorize the incorporation by the Governor, the Director of Finance and the Chief Justice of a public corporation for the purpose of acquiring, constructing, installing, equipping, operating and maintaining judicial facilities, and to vest such corporation with all powers, authority, rights, privileges, and titles that may be necessary to enable it to accomplish such purpose.
