Section 41-10-105 Conveyances of property to corporation by municipality, county or state authorized.
The municipality, the county and the state are hereby respectively authorized to convey to
the corporation, with or without the payment of monetary or other consideration therefor,
any property that may be owned by the municipality, the county or the state, whether or not
such property is necessary to the conduct of the governmental or other public functions of
