Section 11-91-1 Provision by governing bodies of counties and municipalities for group life,
health, accident, etc., insurance, etc., for officers and employees authorized. (a) The council,
commission, or similar governing body of each municipal corporation, the board of directors
of each incorporated municipal board, the county commission of each county, the board of education
of each city and the board of education of each county, now existing or established after

Section 11-92C-2 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, the following words have the
following meanings: (1) APPLICANT. A natural person who files a written application with the
governing body of any authorizing subdivision in accordance with Section 11-92C-3. (2) AUTHORITY.

Section 16-17A-6 Board of directors. (a) Each authority shall have a board of directors composed
of the number of directors provided in the articles of incorporation. (b) All powers of an
authority shall be exercised by the board or pursuant to its authorization. (c) Except for

Section 33-15-3 Procedure for incorporation. To become a corporation, the persons who are designated
to become members of the initial board of directors of the authority, as provided in Section
33-15-4, shall present to the Judge of Probate of Franklin County a certificate of incorporation
signed by them which shall contain: (1) The name and official residence of each of the said
persons; (2) The term of office of each of the said persons as such directors; (3) The name

Section 45-25-91 DeKalb County Economic Development Authority. (a) There is created the DeKalb
County Economic Development Authority. The authority is created for the purpose and has the
responsibility of aiding and assisting current industries and coordinating efforts of all

Section 40-3-11 Cost of inventory - To be prorated. The county commission of all such counties
