Section 40-9F-36 Availability of tax credits after December 31, 2022. The tax credits
authorized by this article for the substantial rehabilitation of qualified structures shall
not be available to owners of qualified structures that submit an application and rehabilitation

Section 25-4-10 Employment. (a) Subject to other provisions of this chapter, "employment"

(a) By December 1, 2019, the Department of Commerce shall develop standards for the approval

Section 40-9F-4 Tax credits calculated, claimed, reserved, granted; transfer or assignment
of tax credits. (a) The state portion of any tax credit against the tax imposed by Chapters

Section 40-9F-31 Definitions. As used in this article, the following terms shall have
the following meanings: (1) CERTIFIED HISTORIC STRUCTURE. A property located in Alabama which

Section 40-12-270 Disbursement of net proceeds from license taxes and registration fees;
Secondary Road Committee created. (a) The moneys collected each month by the judge of probate
from motor vehicle license taxes and registration fees, after deducting therefrom the amounts
