Section 17-6-81 Fair Ballot Commission; ballot statements. (a)(1) There is created the Fair
Ballot Commission. The purpose of the commission is to provide to the public a fair and accurate
explanation of what a vote for and what a vote against a statewide ballot measure represents.

Section 45-36-252.06 Bonds of the authority; obligations. (a) In addition to all other powers
now or hereafter granted by law, the authority shall have the following powers, together with
all powers incidental thereto or necessary to the discharge thereof in corporate form: (1)

Section 11-99-9 Overlapping tax increment districts. (a) Subject to any agreement with security
holders, a tax increment district may be created, the boundaries of which overlap one or more
existing tax increment districts. Districts created on the same date, however, may not have
