Section 45-13-81 Compensation; office space, personnel, equipment; chief clerk. (a) The Probate
Judge of Clarke County shall be entitled to receive total compensation in the form of an annual
salary in the amount of forty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($47,500) per annum. Such
salary shall be paid in lieu of all other fees, allowances, and percentages heretofore provided
by law, and shall be paid in equal biweekly installments out of the general fund of the county
as county employees are paid. (b) All fees, commissions, allowances, percentages, and other

When any person shall in good faith take a mortgage on real estate from an insane person without
notice of the insanity, the mortgage deed shall not be void; but the insane person may redeem

Section 11-51-154 Bond to dissolve temporary injunctive relief - Execution; security; exception.
(a) When the court has granted a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction, it
shall not be dissolved until the respondent has executed a bond in an amount fixed by the
court with sufficient surety to be approved by the register or clerk, containing a waiver
of exemptions as to personal property, conditioned to pay such judgment and lawful court costs
as the court upon final hearing may enter against the respondent, except as provided below.
