Section 40-7-91 Legislative intent. It is the intention of the Legislature by the passage of this division to authorize each county in the state to finance, by the sale and issuance of interest-bearing warrants of such county, the payment of all or part of the costs of the appraisal of property in such county that is required by the provisions of Division 1 of this article.
