Section 40-10-122 Manner of redemption when land sold to party other than state. THIS SECTION

excess bid that is less than or equal to 15 percent of the market value as established by
the assessing official, together with the amount of all taxes which have been paid by the

Section 35-6A-10 Methods of sale. (a) If the court orders a sale of heirs property, the court
shall order that the sale be conducted by one or more of the following methods of sale: Open
market sale with or without a broker or brokers; by sealed bids; public auction; or private
sale. The court shall choose a method which shall be more economically advantageous and in
the best interest of the cotenants as a group. (b) If the court orders an open market sale

Section 11-99-4 Creation of tax increment districts and approval of project plans. In order
to exercise its powers under this chapter, a public entity shall take the following steps:
(1) The local governing body shall hold a public hearing at which all interested parties are
afforded a reasonable opportunity to express their views on the concept of tax increment financing,
on the proposed creation of a tax increment district and its proposed boundaries, and its
benefits to the public entity. Notice of the hearing shall be published in a newspaper of

of this section requires a determination of the value of a security, or securities, in the
