Section 2-29-4 Bonds of commission merchants; institution of civil actions upon bonds. Before any permit shall be issued, the applicant therefor shall make and execute to the State of Alabama a surety bond in the penal sum of $1,000.00, said bond to be filed in the office of the commissioner.
