Every registered seller making sales of tangible personal property for storage, use, or other consumption in the county, which storage, use, or other consumption is not exempted from the use taxes herein authorized to be levied, shall at the time of making such sale, or if the storage, use, or other consumption of such tangible personal property in the county is not then subject to the taxes herein authorized to be levied, at the time such storage, use, or other consumption becomes subject to the taxes herein authorized to be levied, collect the tax from the purchaser, and shall give to the purchaser a receipt therefor in the manner and form prescribed by the State Department of Revenue. In all cases of seizure of any goods, wares, merchandise, or other property hereafter made as being subject to forfeiture under provisions of this article: (1) The officer or person making the seizure shall cause a list containing a particular description of the goods, wares, merchandise or other property seized to be prepared in duplicate. The list shall be properly attested by the officer. (a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation, other than the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, to sell at retail in Calhoun County any spirituous or vinous liquors without first obtaining a special license from the judge of probate that shall be in addition to all other licenses required by law.
