Section 16-6F-8 Performance framework; oversight; renewal; revocation; school closure and dissolution;
reporting. (a) Performance framework. (1) The performance provisions within the charter contract
shall be based on a performance framework that clearly sets forth the academic and operational
performance indicators, measures, and metrics that will guide the authorizer's evaluations
of each public charter school. The performance framework shall include indicators, measures,
and metrics for, at a minimum: a. Student academic proficiency, which includes, but is not
limited to, performance on state standardized assessments. b. Student academic growth, which
includes, but is not limited to, performance on state standardized assessments. c. Achievement

Section 27-9A-3 Independent adjuster defined; exclusions. (a) For purposes of this chapter,
an "independent adjuster" is a person who, for compensation as an independent contractor
or as an employee of an independent contractor, undertakes on behalf of an insurer to ascertain
and determine the amount of any claim, loss, or damage payable under a contract of property,
casualty, or workers' compensation insurance or to effect settlement of such claim, loss,

Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses,
etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for
violation of this chapter. If the board refuses to issue, grant, or renew a license based
on a violation of this chapter, including, but not limited to, violations listed in subsection
(c), the licensee or prospective licensee may request a public hearing before the board to
