Section 45-10-243.02 Monthly report; payment of tax; records; penalties. (a) The tax levied
by this part, except as otherwise provided, shall be due and payable to the Department of
Revenue on or before the 20th day of the month next succeeding the month in which the tax
accrues. On or before the 20th day of each month, every person on whom the tax is levied by
this part shall render to the Department of Revenue on a form prescribed by the department,

Section 22-30B-5 Time for payment of fees; penalty for failure to timely pay fees; interest.
All state fees levied under this chapter shall be paid to the State Department of Revenue
no later than the thirtieth day of the month next following receipt of such hazardous waste
or hazardous substance for disposal. Any person, firm or corporation which fails to pay the
fee herein levied, within the time required shall pay, in addition to such fee, a penalty

Section 40-20-20 Definitions. In addition to the definitions contained in Section 40-20-1,
which shall apply for purposes of this article, except to the extent there is a conflict with

the following meanings unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) DISPROPORTIONATE
