Section 40-26B-5 Duty to keep books and records; confidentiality of information; rules and regulations. (a) It shall be the duty of each pharmaceutical provider subject to this article to keep and preserve such suitable books and records as may be necessary to determine the amount of taxes for which it is liable under the provisions of this article. (a) Each person operating a refinery or terminal in Alabama shall prepare and provide to the driver of every highway vehicle receiving motor fuel at the facility a shipping document setting out on its face the destination state as represented to the terminal operator by the shipper or the shipper's agent.
