Section 40-23-31 Department to make rules and regulations. The Department of Revenue shall from time to time promulgate such rules and regulations for making returns and for ascertainment, assessment and collection of the tax imposed hereunder as it may be deemed necessary to enforce its provisions; and upon request shall furnish any taxpayer with a copy of such rules and regulations. (a) As used in Section 32-5A-191, the term, "ignition interlock device" means a constant monitoring device that prevents a motor vehicle from being started at any time without first determining the equivalent blood alcohol level of the operator through the taking of a breath sample for testing. The system shall be calibrated so that the motor vehicle may not be started if the blood alcohol level of the operator, as measured by the test, reaches a blood alcohol concentration level of 0.02. Section 45-29-90.10 Levy of taxes; general fund. All revenues arising from this section shall be deposited to the Tom Bevill Reservoir Management Area Authority general fund. This section shall apply only to the Tom Bevill Reservoir Management Area.
