Section 16-22-11 Cost-of-living increase for certain public education employees; salary schedules for two-year postsecondary institutions; miscellaneous pay provisions. (a) The State Budget Officer shall allocate to the State Board of Education, the Board of Trustees of the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the Board of Youth Services Department District, the Alabama School of Fine Arts, and the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science, for disbursement to the employees thereof funds based on the following criteria. Section 34-12-8 Licenses - Expiration; renewal. (a) Licenses shall expire on the 30th day of September next following their issuance or renewal and shall become invalid on that date unless renewed. The secretary of the board shall notify, at his or her last registered address, every person registered under this chapter of the date of the expiration of his or her license and the amount of the fee that shall be required for its renewal for one year.
