Section 40-23-2 Tax levied on gross receipts; certain sales exempt; disposition of funds. Section 8-21B-3 Definitions. The following words shall have the following meanings: (1) DEALER. A person, corporation, partnership, or other business entity primarily engaged in the business of retail sales or leasing of heavy equipment and heavy equipment parts and who has an established place of business in this state. Section 37-2-41 Inspection and supervision fees; election. (a) Each transportation company doing business in this state and subject to the control and jurisdiction of the commission with respect to its rates and service regulations shall pay quarterly to the commission, beginning November 1, 1985 and on each quarter thereafter, February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1 of each year, a fee for the inspection and supervision of such business during the next preceding fiscal year.
