Section 45-23A-22 Television cable system. (a) The provisions of this section shall apply only to the City of Daleville in Dale County. (b) The municipal corporation of the City of Daleville in Dale County shall have the right to establish, purchase, construct, maintain, and operate a television cable system and to furnish television cable service to their residents and residents of surrounding territory.
