Section 11-62-1 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this chapter,
and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of clear implication
herein otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) AUTHORITY.
Any public corporation organized pursuant to this chapter. (2) AUTHORIZED PURPOSE OBLIGATION.
The term includes either of the following: a. Any lease, note, installment sale contract,
or any other obligation of a user, whether general or special, which was entered into, made,

(a) This section shall be known and may be cited as "Carly's Law." (b) As

Section 26-16-70 Membership; eligibility. (a) For purposes of this section, the
following terms have the following meanings: (1) FORENSIC INTERVIEW. The same meaning as in

Section 34-17A-5 Exemptions. (a) The following persons shall be exempt from this chapter:
(1) A person practicing marriage and family therapy as part of his or her duties as an employee
of a recognized educational institution; a federal, state, county, or municipal governmental
institution or agency; a public corporation authorized by Section 22-51-2, which is

Section 40-12-240 Definitions. (a) For the purpose of this article, the following terms

Section 36-29-50 High deductible health plan with a federally qualified health savings
account. (a) As used in this section, the following words shall have the following
meanings: (1) HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT or HSA. A savings or other account meeting the requirements
for favorable tax treatment under 26 U.S.C. §223, as amended. (2) HIGH DEDUCTIBLE HEALTH
