Section 2-2-73 Promulgation of rules and regulations. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries,
with the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, and under the provisions
of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, is hereby authorized to promulgate such rules
and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the evident intent and purposes of this article.

for state departments and agencies. (a) The State Personnel Department, with the advice of
the Alabama State Employees' Association and approval of the Governor, shall have designed
a distinctive longevity service recognition pin for each of the various state departments

Section 38-7-13 Records to be kept by child-care facility; use and disclosure of information.
Every child-care facility shall keep and maintain such records as the department may prescribe
pertaining to the admission, progress, health and discharge of children under the care of
the facility. Records regarding children and facts learned about children and their relatives
shall be kept confidential by the child-care facility and by the department. The department
