Section 31-14-2 Definitions. When used in this chapter and except where the context prohibits,
the following words and terms shall have the following meanings: (1) COMMISSION. The Alabama
Job Creation and Military Stability Commission. (2) FOUNDATION. The Military Stability Foundation,
an Alabama nonprofit corporation incorporated on September 8, 2011. (3) MILITARY INSTALLATION.

Section 40-18-35 Deductions allowed to corporations. (a) The following items shall be deducted
from federal taxable income for purposes of computing taxable income under this chapter: (1)

Section 22-56-4 Rights. (a) Consumers of mental health services have the same general rights
as other citizens of Alabama. These rights include but are not limited to the following: (1)

Section 34-27C-2 Creation; composition; sunset provision. (a) The Alabama Security Regulatory
Board is created. Each member of the board shall be a citizen of the United States and a resident

who is a resident of this state shall obtain from the Alabama State Law Enforcement Agency,
and always have in his or her possession, a valid driver license or identification card issued
