in the plan, then the defined benefit dollar limitation of subsection (b) shall be multiplied
by a fraction, a. the numerator of which is the number of years, or part thereof, of participation
in the plan, and b. the denominator of which is 10. However, in no event shall such fraction

Section 31-9-86 Program purposes; rules and procedures. (a) In addition to the program purposes
set out in Section 31-9-81, the Alabama Disaster Recovery Program shall also be available

(a) All powers, duties, responsibilities, and functions of, and all related records, property,
equipment of, and all rights, obligations of, and unexpended balances of appropriations including
federal and other funds or allocations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2002, of the
Adult Education program, the State Approving Agency program, and the Private School Licensure
