Section 22-35-3 Definitions. For the purposes of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated,
the following terms shall have the meanings respectively ascribed to them by this section:
(1) ABOVEGROUND STORAGE TANK. Any one or combination of stationary tanks affixed permanently
to the ground or other support structure (including pipes connected thereto) used to contain
an accumulation of motor fuels, the volume of which (including pipes connected thereto) is
greater than 90 percent above the surface of the ground. The terms "Underground Storage
Tank" and "Aboveground Storage Tank" do not include any: a. Farm or residential
tank of 1,100 gallons or less capacity used for storing motor fuel for noncommercial purposes;
b. Tank used for storing heating oil for consumptive use on the premises where stored; c.
Septic tank; d. Pipeline facility (including gathering lines) regulated under: 1. The Natural
Gas Pipeline Safety Act of 1968, 2. The Hazardous Liquid Pipeline Safety Act of 1979, and

Section 40-17-370 Levy, administration, and collection of additional excise tax. (a) Effective
for tax periods beginning after August 31, 2019, an additional excise tax of six cents ($0.06)
is imposed on each net gallon of gasoline and diesel fuel. (b) Effective October 1, 2020,
this additional excise tax is increased by two cents ($.02) to eight cents ($0.08) on each

Section 45-44-240 Application and renewal by mail; staff. (a) The revenue commissioner, at
his or her discretion, may mail an application for renewal of motor vehicle licenses to whom
such license has been previously issued, such renewal forms required to be returned prior

Section 32-10-8 Accident report forms. (a) The director shall prepare and upon request supply
to police departments, coroners, sheriffs, garages, and other suitable agencies or individuals,
uniform accident report forms required under this chapter. The required written accident report

Section 32-6-49.7 Commercial driver license required; exceptions. (a) Except when driving with
a commercial driver license learner's permit and accompanied by the holder of a commercial
driver license valid for the vehicle being driven, no person may drive a commercial motor

Section 32-9B-6 Teleoperation systems; Remote driver of vehicle considered its operator; license
to operate; accidents. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a commercial
motor vehicle equipped with a teleoperation system may operate without a conventional driver
