Section 41-15B-2.2 Allocation of trust fund revenues. Except as otherwise provided herein, the provisions of this section shall apply for purposes of determining required minimum distributions for calendar years beginning on and after January 1, 1987. There is hereby created the Alabama Transportation Safety Fund in the State Treasury.
