Section 33-5-56 Certification to bear distinguishing number, color photograph, signature, and
other identification information; notification on motor vehicle driver or learner license.
Each boater safety certification issued by the Department of Public Safety, except for temporary
certifications issued pursuant to Section 33-5-54, or except special circumstances as determined
by the Director of the Department of Public Safety, shall bear thereon a distinguishing number
assigned to the holder and a color photograph of the holder, the name, birth date, address,
and a description of the holder, who, for the purpose of identification and as a condition
precedent to the validity of the certification, immediately upon receipt thereof, shall endorse

Section 34-17A-7 Employees; meetings; powers. (a) The board may employ a director, secretary,
attorneys, experts, and other employees as it may from time to time find necessary for the
proper performance of its duties, and for whom the necessary funds are appropriated. (b) The
board shall elect annually a chair and a vice chair. Each member shall receive the same per
diem and travel allowance as state employees for each day of attendance at an official meeting

Section 40-23-35 Disposition of revenues from tax. (a) Such amount of money as shall be appropriated
for each fiscal year by the Legislature to the Department of Revenue with which to pay the

Section 11-51-183 Certification and disposition of taxes; charge for collection and administration;
