Section 28-3A-7 Importer license; issuance; restrictions on sales; registration of labels;
seizure of unregistered goods; monthly reports; inspections. (a) Upon applicant's compliance
with the provisions of this chapter and the regulations made thereunder, the board shall issue
to applicant an importer license which shall authorize the licensee to import alcoholic beverages
manufactured outside the United States of America into this state or for sale or distribution
within this state of liquor and wine to the board or the state, and table wine and beer to
wholesaler licensees of the board. No person shall import alcoholic beverages manufactured
outside the United States into this state or for sale or distribution within this state or
to the state, the board or any licensee of the board, unless such person shall be granted

board may issue a license without a written examination to a qualified applicant who furnishes
satisfactory proof that he or she is a graduate of an accredited veterinary school and who

Section 40-12-449 Suspension, revocation, or denial of license. (a) Subject to the appeal provisions
allowed under Chapter 2A, the commissioner may suspend or revoke a license issued for the

Section 40-2B-2 Alabama Tax Tribunal. (a) Statement of Purpose. To increase public confidence
in the fairness of the state tax system, the state shall provide an independent agency with
tax expertise to resolve disputes between the Department of Revenue and taxpayers, prior to
requiring the payment of the amounts in issue or the posting of a bond, but after the taxpayer
has had a full opportunity to attempt settlement with the Department of Revenue based, among
other things, on the hazards of litigation. By establishing an independent Alabama Tax Tribunal

shall regulate pyrotechnic displays and shall issue pyrotechnic display operator and pyrotechnic
special effects operator licenses as provided in this article. (b) A person may not provide
a fireworks display without a pyrotechnic display operator license. An applicant for a pyrotechnic
display operator license shall submit all of the following to the State Fire Marshal: (1)
Proof that the applicant is 21 years of age at the time of application. (2) Proof of successful
completion, with a passing score of 75 percent or greater, of an eight-hour training program
approved by the State Fire Marshal for pyrotechnic display operators. The training program
test shall be given under the supervision of a person appointed by the State Fire Marshal.

Section 11-51-183 Certification and disposition of taxes; charge for collection and administration;
redistribution of over-charges; warrant; fees. (a) The Commissioner of Revenue shall deposit
into the State Treasury all municipal taxes collected by the department under this division;
and, on a bi-weekly basis, the commissioner shall certify to the Comptroller the amount of
taxes collected under the provisions of this division for the approximate two-week period
immediately preceding the certification and the amount to be distributed to each municipality,
