Section 41-5A-6 Chief examiner - Recovery audits for overpayments of state funds. (a) For the purposes of this section, the following words have the following meanings: (1) CHIEF EXAMINER. The Interstate Compact for Juveniles is enacted into law and entered into with all jurisdictions mutually adopting the compact in the form substantially as follows: THE INTERSTATE COMPACT FOR JUVENILES Article I. Purpose. (a) No later than 30 days after acceptance of a proposal by the Governor, the Governor shall submit the accepted proposal to the Director of Finance and Alabama Building Commission for evaluation, review, and comments pertaining to the information provided in the proposal.
