(a) Separate license for each place of business. - Not more than one place of business shall be maintained under the same license, but the supervisor may issue additional licenses to the same licensee upon his compliance with all the provisions of this chapter governing the issuance of the first or original license. (a) On or after January 1, 2004, no person shall engage in the business of deferred presentment services without having first obtained a license from the supervisor.
