Section 8-16-71 Fees and charges for weighing agricultural commodities; disposition of collected amounts. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries, with the approval of the State Board of Agriculture and Industries, may fix, assess and collect, or cause to be collected, fees and charges for weighing services furnished by the Department of Agriculture and Industries through services furnished by duly appointed weighmasters as authorized under Section 8-16-70, and all amounts collected therefor shall be deposited into the Shipping Point Inspection Fund of the State Treasury.
