Section 40-19-17 Motor Carrier Fund. All such mileage tax, penalties, fees and amounts collected
under this chapter shall be paid into the Treasury within 30 days after their receipt and
shall be kept separate and apart from all other funds by the Treasurer in a fund to be known
as the Motor Carrier Fund. The Motor Carrier Fund shall be used as follows: (1) Such amount
of money as shall be appropriated for each fiscal year by the Legislature to the Department
of Revenue with which to pay the salaries, the cost of operation and the management of the
said department shall be deducted, as a first charge thereon, from the taxes collected under
and pursuant to this chapter; provided, that the expenditure of said sum so appropriated shall
be budgeted and allotted pursuant to Article 4 of Chapter 4 of Title 41, and limited to the
amount appropriated to defray the expenses of operating said department for each fiscal year.

Section 45-41-170.03 Licensing and operation of junkyards. (a) No person shall establish, operate,
or maintain a junkyard or similar establishment listed in Section 45-41-170, but not limited
to those items, any portion of which is within 1,000 feet of the nearest edge of the right-of-way
of any highway, road, street, or alley without obtaining a county license from the Lee County
Commission according to the criteria and regulations established by the county commission
pursuant to the authority granted in Section 11-80-10. No license shall be granted except

Section 25-9-276 "Blasting agent" and "explosives" defined; storage and
transportation of blasting agents, explosives, and detonators generally. (a)(1) "Blasting
agent," as used in this article, means any material consisting of a mixture of fuel and

Section 32-6-111 Preparation; issuance; proof to be submitted by applicant; use. The distinctive
license plates provided for in this division shall be prepared by the Commissioner of Revenue
and shall be issued through the judge of probate or license commissioner of the several counties
