Section 2-15-131 Definitions. When used in this article, the following terms shall have the following meanings, respectively, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise: (1) BOARD. The Board of Agriculture and Industries of the State of Alabama. (2) COMMISSIONER. The Commissioner of Agriculture and Industries of the State of Alabama. (3) DEALER. Section 32-13-4 Contesting sale; hearing. (a) The current owners, registrants, secured parties, and lienholders of record, if any, of a motor vehicle, prior to the sale, may contest the sale of the motor vehicle pursuant to this chapter by filing a notice of appeal with the circuit court in the county where the sale is scheduled to occur. Section 40-12-141 Pianos, organs and other musical instruments. Section 41-11-5 Meetings; rules and regulations. The academy shall meet at least once annually to award new memberships and shall hold such other meetings as necessary to carry out its purpose. (a) For every primary, general, special, or municipal election, there shall be appointed one inspector and at least three clerks, named and notified as are other election officials under the general laws of the state, who shall meet, at the regular time of closing of the election on that day, in the courthouse, or municipal building for municipal elections, as designated by the absentee election manager for the purpose of counting and returning the ballots cast by absentee voters.
