tax collecting official as proceeds of a tax lien auction or sale shall be distributed in
the same manner and proportions as the tax collecting official is required by law to distribute

Section 28-3-190 Levy of tax; collection; disposition of proceeds by localities; enforcement
and administration; penalties; exclusive nature of tax. (a) Levy. In addition to the excise
tax levied by Article 5A of Chapter 3 of this title and the licenses provided for by Chapter
3A of this title and by Section 28-3-194, and any acts amendatory thereof, supplementary thereto
or substituted therefor, and municipal and county licenses, there is hereby levied a privilege
or excise tax on every person licensed under the provisions of Chapter 3A who sells, stores,
or receives for the purpose of distribution, to any person, firm, corporation, club, or association
within the State of Alabama any beer. The tax levied hereby shall be measured by and graduated

by the governing body of Lauderdale County as provided in subsection (b), the taxes herein

Section 45-21-241.26 Charge for collection; disposition of funds. The State Department of Revenue
shall charge Crenshaw County for collecting the special county tax levied under this subpart.
The amount of percentage of total collections may be agreed upon by the Commissioner of Revenue
and the Crenshaw County Commission, but the charge shall not exceed 10 percent of the total
amount of the special county tax collected in Crenshaw County under this subpart. The charge

to Chapter 28, Title 40, as amended, Limestone County, within a reasonable time thereafter,

following terms shall have the meanings ascribed below: (1) BASE ANNUAL COUNTY DISTRIBUTION.

Section 45-49-31.07 Distribution of funds. (a) If, after the board has distributed fifteen
dollars ($15) per capita to each association, there is additional money from the tax proceeds
as provided in Section 45-49-31.05, the board may distribute to the associations on a first
come, first serve basis. The association requesting additional funds shall submit plans for
a specific project and such additional funds shall be awarded at the discretion of the board.
The association shall be required to supply 15 percent of the amount of the request for additional
funds as matching funds. No money received from the board under Section 45-49-31.05 shall
be used as matching funds in order to comply with this subsection. In the event such tax proceeds

(a) This section shall only apply to Bullock County. (b) As used in this section state sales
and use tax means the tax imposed by the state sales and use tax statutes, including, but

Section 28-3-74 Distribution of net profits from proceeds of stores. (a) The net profits derived
from the proceeds of the Alabama liquor stores in each fiscal year, including all tax levied
