Section 22-9A-26 Penalty for violation of chapter or rules of the State Board of Health. (a) Any person who does any of the following shall be guilty of a Class C felony: (1) Willfully and knowingly makes any false statement in a certificate, record, or report required by this chapter or rules of the board, or in an application for an amendment to a certificate, record, or report, or in an application for a certified copy of a vital record, or who willfully and knowingly supplies false information intending that the information be used in the preparation of any report, record, or certificate, or amendment of the report, record, or certificate. (a) All airport zoning regulations adopted under this chapter shall provide for an administrative agency to have and exercise the following powers: (1) To hear and decide any special exceptions to the terms of the airport zoning regulations upon which such agency may be required to pass under such regulations. (a) The judge of probate shall perform all duties relating to the assessment and collection of ad valorem taxes and casual sales and use taxes on motor vehicles in the county, which have heretofore been performed by the tax assessor and the tax collector.
