Section 27-45A-6 Rulemaking authority; fees. (a) The commissioner may adopt reasonable rules necessary to implement Sections 27-45A-4 and 27-45A-5. (b) The rules adopted under this chapter shall set penalties or civil fines for violations of Sections 27-45A-4 and 27-45A-5 and the rules implementing this chapter including, without limitation, monetary fines and the suspension or revocation of a license. (c) The fees collected pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of the Insurance Department Fund. Section 22-9A-19 Amendment of vital records. (a) A certificate registered under this chapter may be amended only in accordance with this chapter and rules adopted by the board to protect the integrity and accuracy of vital records. (b) A certificate that is amended under this section shall be marked "AMENDED" except as otherwise provided in this section. Section 32-6-131 Rules and regulations; wrongful acquisition or use. The Commissioner of Revenue shall make such reasonable rules and regulations as may be necessary to administer the provisions of this division, including rules and regulations necessary to insure compliance with all state license laws relating to the use and operation of a private or pleasure motor vehicle and to provide for the application for and issuance of such special tags.
