Section 22-9A-22 Copies or data from the system of vital statistics. (a) In accordance with
Section 22-9A-21 and any rules adopted pursuant to that section: (1) The State Registrar and
other custodians of vital records authorized by the State Registrar to issue certified copies
shall upon receipt of an application issue a certified copy of vital records in his or her
custody or a part of the record. The vital records may be in the form of originals, photographic,
microfilm, digital, electronic, or other reproductions, or data filed by digital or electronic
means. Each copy issued shall show the date of registration and copies issued from records
marked "DELAYED REGISTRATION" or "AMENDED" shall be similarly marked and

Section 33-9-2 Authorization; provisions. The Governor, on behalf of this state, is hereby
authorized to execute a compact, in substantially the form as provided hereinafter, with the
State of Mississippi: Article I. The purpose of this compact is to promote the development
of a deep draft harbor and terminal to be located on the continental shelf of the United States,
in the Gulf of Mexico, and to establish a joint interstate authority to assist in this effort.

Section 37-11-1 Execution and text of compact. The Governor, on behalf of this state, is hereby
authorized to execute a compact in substantially the following form with the states of Louisiana
and Mississippi, and the legislature hereby signifies in advance its approval and ratification
of such compact, which compact is as follows: Southern High-Speed Rail Commission. Article

Section 13A-11-61.3 Regulation of firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories. (a) The purpose
of this section is to establish within the Legislature complete control over regulation and
policy pertaining to firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories in order to ensure that
such regulation and policy is applied uniformly throughout this state to each person subject
to the state's jurisdiction and to ensure protection of the right to keep and bear arms recognized
by the Constitutions of the State of Alabama and the United States. This section is to be
