Section 41-10-541 Definitions. (a) The following words and phrases used in this division,
and others evidently intended as the equivalent thereof, shall, in the absence of clear implication
herein otherwise, be given the following respective interpretations herein: (1) APPROPRIATED
FUNDS. Net TVA payments to the extent such payments are pledged and appropriated to the authority
pursuant to Section 41-10-550. (2) AUTHORITY. The public corporation organized pursuant

Section 41-10-44.3 Additional powers of authority. In addition to the powers granted
to it in Section 41-10-26 and in Sections 41-10-37 through 41-10-43, the authority

Section 41-10-96 Security for payment of principal and interest on bonds. The principal
of and interest on the bonds shall be secured by a pledge of the rent, revenues and income
out of which the bonds shall be made payable and by a pledge of any lease agreements covering
