Section 37-3-16 Effective date of certificates, permits or licenses; suspension, change or
revocation. Certificates, permits and licenses shall be effective from the date specified
therein and shall remain in effect until terminated as herein provided. Any such certificate,
permit or license may, upon application of the holder thereof, in the discretion of the commission
be amended or revoked, in whole or in part, or may, upon complaint or on the commission's
own initiative, after notice and hearing, be suspended, changed or revoked, in whole or in
part, for willful failure to comply with any provision of this chapter or with any lawful
order, rule or regulation of the commission promulgated thereunder, or with any term, condition
or limitation of such certificate, permit or license; provided, that no such certificate,
permit or license shall be revoked (except upon application of the holder) unless the holder

Section 34-13-56 Grounds for revocation, suspension, or refusal to issue or renew licenses,
etc.; hearing; fines. (a) The board may refuse to license any person or establishment for
violation of this chapter. If the board refuses to issue, grant, or renew a license based
on a violation of this chapter, including, but not limited to, violations listed in subsection
(c), the licensee or prospective licensee may request a public hearing before the board to
appeal the action of the board. The request for a public hearing shall be submitted to the

Section 41-22-19 Grant, denial, renewal, etc., of licenses. (a) The provisions of this chapter
concerning contested cases shall apply to the grant, denial, revocation, suspension, or renewal
of a license. (b) When a licensee has made timely and sufficient application for the renewal

Section 22-19-60 Gift made by execution of affidavit to be filed with Alabama State Law Enforcement
Agency; notice of intent and specific gift to be noted on driver's license or nondriver identification
card; when gift effective; execution and acknowledgment of affidavit; effect of expiration,

write insurance in the State of Alabama two hundred dollars ($200) per year in order to fund
the operations of the unit. (b) Assessments shall be due not less than 30 days after prior
